FAQ
We offer a wide selection of flours: wheat (type 405, 450, 500, 550, 650, 750, 850, 960, 1850 whole grain), rye (type 720, 580, 1400, 2000 whole grain), spelt and selected specialist flours (standardised). Our offer includes products for both individual customers and bakeries and restaurants.
The type of flour determines the content of mineral substances (so-called ash) in a given product, e.g. after burning 100 g of 450 flour, 0.45 mg of ash, i.e. minerals (including potassium, magnesium, fibre, B vitamins, vegetable protein) remains. The higher the type, the more the flour contains the so-called fruit-seed coat of the grain, the darker the colour and the higher the nutritional value.
- ⦁ Type 450–550 – for cakes, sponge cakes, pancakes, dumplings, rolls, doughnuts, pizza
⦁ Type 650–750 – for yeast baking, bread
⦁ Type 720–2000 – for bread, especially sourdough
